The 2007 WMWA Champion Greenhouse Gassers,
Brian Cook and Dave Bodendorf (missing from the
photo is Bodhi Hill).
2007 featured a wire to wire home run race between Colin
Chisholm (L) and Matt Catellier (R).  The race came down to
the final game of the season in which their respective teams
faced each other.  Colin's 5th inning bomb gave him 66
homers for the season and the league title.  Matt ended the
season with 65.
Cambridge's Chris Viale utilized
several unique deliveries as he
posted a 1.55 ERA in 165 innings.
Here's a post-haircut photo.
It's a rare sight in the WMWA, but there's still a few old schoolers who use the yellow bat with great
success.  Chris Havener (L) had 117 hits and batted .437, while Dave Bodendorf (R) batted .471 and hit
58 homers.  Some others that used the yellow relic in 2007 were Bryan Carney from YCBS (.526 avg),
Don Thompson from the 99ers (.498 avg), and Jay Voyik from the Flush (.387 avg).
The Beagle City Dirt Doggs
